Haley E. Stewart has always been a step ahead. She dedicated most of her education to becoming a family law attorney. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from undergrad at the age of 20 years old, Haley obtained her bachelor’s degree in English from Louisiana Tech University. She graduated from Paul M. Hebert School of Law at Louisiana State University at the age of 23. Although Haley is young for such accomplishments, she has never stopped pushing herself to reach higher standards

While in law school, Haley strived to grow in her knowledge of the law. After her internship during law school, Haley’s passion for family law expanded because she knew her work helped children and families in need. Haley has worked with respected family law judges and lawyers on cases dealing with divorce, complex partitions of marital property, child and spousal support, interfamily violence, and child custody. Her aggressive but compassionate nature allows her to fight to protect clients as well as provide them with comfort during a highly emotional time.

Haley recognizes the complexity and seriousness of the area of family law and is able to use her skills to determine the best way to protect each client’s needs. She understands the importance of parents being able to work together after the case is finalized and approaches a creative way to find amicable solutions for the family while not losing focus on her client’s goal. Haley is dedicating her career to being open and an available source to her clients as well as passionately fighting for them in the courtroom.

During Haley’s free time, she enjoys researching and studying case law, socializing with friends, creative writing, and spending time with her family in her home state of Louisiana.
