Nick acknowledges that family law cases are emotionally complex and often one of the most difficult seasons in a client’s life. During these difficult times, Nick’s approach to family law is a personal one. Nick vows zealously advocate for his clients inside the courtroom and lend a compassionate ear outside the courtroom, when they need it most.
Nick graduated from Texas A&M University for his undergraduate education, receiving a B.A with a double major in History and Communications. While there, he served as Executive Director of the Hispanic Presidents’ Council. He went on to get his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston where he participated as an advocate for the Frank Evans Center Alternative Dispute Resolution team. Upon being licensed in Texas, Nick moved to Dallas to practice family law.
Nick was raised in far-South Texas, where he learned to speak Spanish as a child. He maintains his connection to his Latino roots through participation and holds memberships in Latino organizations within the Dallas Fort Worth Area.
In his free time, Nick enjoys watching Aggie Athletics and spending quality time with his family and friends.
