Rocio Cervantes

Rocio Cervantes
  • Biography

For Rocio Cervantes, Family Law clients deserve and need to understand that her relationship with them is a personal one. In these often difficult times, she strives not only to be the level-headed litigator, leading the client step by step through the process, but to also remain a support system along the way.

With experience in Family Law, Criminal Law, and Immigration, Rocio often has valuable insight into her client’s cases which could easily be missed by other attorneys. Her work in these areas has often landed her in the courtroom, learning skills that can only be obtained the hard way. Having tried countless hearings in Dallas, Collin, and Denton counties, Rocio is familiar with the ins and outs of the various courts, which helps her advise her clients and set appropriate expectations in advance of litigation.

Born in Guanajuato, Mexico, Rocio has deep roots with our neighbor to the south. Raised by a mother who taught ESL (English as Second Language) courses, Rocio speaks both Spanish and English impeccably. She also maintains her Latin roots through membership and participation in groups and activities in the DFW area which focus on issues important to Latin Women and the Hispanic Community.
